...from before the beginning of my 16+ years in the volunteer fire service, I have understood the need of community involvement and the "job done right" attitude. It is with great honor and pride that I have been Designing and producing fire department community-based calendars for many years.

I know the tight annual budget constraints that are put on us as members of our respected districts. That being said, I have been able to put together a calendar package that primarily pays for itself within the cost of advertising spaces taken out by supporting community businesses.
Package 1
The following package pricing structure allows for advertising space as shown. (*prices may vary slightly annually, please call ahead for a quote)
- Full-Color 13-Month Calendar: based upon a quantity of 1,000 - 1,250
- 9" x 11" (22" height as open) - (see examples shown: New Salem Fire Dept. and Ravena Hose Company #1)
- Approximately 32 advertisement areas ($150.00 each) will pay for this printing
- 28 custom, digital photos, Dept supplied, (top month and bottom month areas) from your selection of department shots, Custom cover design included.
- EMS/Fire Safety tips available as data insert
- Your Department Events/Fund Raisers by date and approx. 10 standard national holidays printed are included.
- Rough cost estimate as $4,000 - $5,000 (price depends upon calendar quantity and/or additionals such as envelopes, letterhead, bulk mailing, etc.)
Package 2
- Full-Color "tear-off" style Calendar: based upon a quantity of 1,000
- 11" x 17" Flat style
- $2,000 - $2,500 (price depends upon calendar quantity and/or additionals such as envelopes, etc.)
* Approximately 32 expected "ad" spaces with recommended minimum charged prices, expected around $150.00 per advertiser paid back into your department. This recommended "ad" price has been found to be VERY affordable to your supporting business district. prices for "ads" will vary depending upon your departments geographical area and are an advised fee. You may charge whatever price for advertising you wish, per community/district.
Extras and additional options
The following may be added and all pricing is based upon quantity, color, layout size, labor etc;
- Envelopes (usually check size, 6 3/4", or standard #10 are used)
- Letterhead
- Tri-fold Brochures/Inserts
- Business Cards, Post cards
- Bulk Mailing is affordably available via Excel database mailing file - Calendars may also come pre-stuffed into envelopes to save your dept. time and money, etc.
